In the unlikely event of a problem arising due to faulty material or poor workmanship; we promise under our guarantees and warranties, to replace or repair any part, on any product; for free in the first year after purchase.

What is covered under the guarantees and warranties?

In the unlikely event of a functional failure of the goods not related to normal wear and tear usage; we promise to provide a repair service, without charge. If we deem that your product cannot be repaired (or is uneconomical to repair); we will replace it with the same product.

Should that specific product no longer be available from the manufacturer due to it being discontinued; we will provide an alternative product of equivalent specification to replace the faulty goods.
