With nearly 80 years of experience delivering from our Worthing warehouse, we ensure a fast and efficient delivery service by managing every order and only using our own driving teams and vehicles.

Need something in a hurry?  There’s over 1000 beds and mattresses in stock for express delivery. Need your old bed taking away? We recycle your old items** without charge and to comply with a 100% landfill avoidance policy.

 

Delivery direct to your room

Our free bed and mattress delivery service is always to your room of choice. We will ask you whether you would like your new bed, mattress or bedroom furniture unwrapped and assembled at the point of sale*.

Product assembly and recycling of the packaging is a subsidised, but chargeable service, and our prices are significantly less expensive than the competition! We feel that this gives us the edge and upholds our reputation as a well respected family-run business.

  • All items held in stock will be delivered within 1 – 6 working days of your order being processed. Online orders will be confirmed and acknowledged via an email, at this point we will arrange delivery.
  • If an item is not in stock, we will call or email you the moment it arrives to arrange a convenient day to deliver – please see individual product pages for specific delivery times
  • We offer a 2 hour time slot which is confirmed 48h prior to delivery
  • We can, if requested, call you when we are nearby so you're not caught in the shower or walking the dog!
  • Unpacking and assembling items is chargeable and must be arranged, and paid for, at the point of sale
  • When using our recycling service, we kindly ask that all items are fully dismantled before our arrival

Delivering across the UK

Unique Items (eg. beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture)

Our free bed, mattress and bedroom furniture delivery service* includes a two-man delivery team (uniformed and fully trained in furniture delivery); delivery to the room of your choice and allocated time slots for all products except bed linen and certain accessories.

A chargeable assembly of your new bed and, recycling of your old bed, service is available upon request and must be ordered at the time of purchase.

Accessories (eg.pillows, duvets, bed linen)

All accessories are delivered by Parcelforce within 1-6 working days of your order being processed.

Delivery to remote areas

There may be a delivery charge if you live within the remote areas highlighted on our map. You must contact us for details and a quote before placing your order. Please be aware that deliveries to these remote areas, if possible, will take slightly longer than normal (up to 10 working days).

Restrictions may apply

Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a vehicle of this size, has legal access to their property; and should inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions; as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads.

This helps us to deliver your order successfully; and ensure that we have made the appropriate arrangements. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and may be chargeable. In order to prevent damage to our courier’s vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Safe alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
