The correct pillow will support both your neck and head keeping your spine in perfect alignment so you can sleep deeper for longer.

Which is the correct pillow for me?

This is a common question and the key to answering is to ask how do you sleep?  A side-sleeper will generally need a deeper pillow which will fill the larger gap created between your neck and the mattress (naturally created by your shoulders).  A deeper pillow will keep a side sleeper’s spine aligned and avoid a slump where gravity pulls your neck towards the mattress. Front and back sleepers generally require a slimmer pillow. In fact, plenty of front sleepers do not require a pillow at all.
