Having pocket springs in your base would give your bed a slightly softer feel in comparison to a firm top base and also providing a larger sleeping area, it is firm on the edges unlike soft edge sprung bases which have more “give” to them and could have a feeling of roll-off. The Parker True Edge base is a premium option for those wishing to replace only the base of their bed without the mattress, headboards are available at an additional cost if desired.

Parker are one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly bed makers as they produce most of their own materials on their own land and included in this is their 56 acre woodland they own which is used for the production of the timber in their divan bases. Any extra timber required is sourced from sustainably managed forests which are FSC certified.
