The Manor Rose Savoy bed utilises the unique Manor Rose binary pocket spring design in the mattress. The binary pocket springs are arranged in a unique configuration. This gives a softer initial feel, before the high spring count mattress core supports you in the ideal posture essential for a deeper and more restful sleep. There are a total of 10,000 springs* in the mattress, the independent support helping to avoid disturbing your partner by avoiding roll together, and minimising movement across the mattress so both people can enjoy undisturbed sleep.

The all-natural fillings include generous layers of loose long stranded curled tail, organic cotton, British Alpaca Wool, mohair and an Organic cotton and wool blend layer along with cotton cambric and a hessian insulator. These carefully selected ingredients utilise their individual properties to improve resilience increasing service life, and add to the delightful softness, comfort, and supportive feel that the Dorchester mattress provides.

The mattress also features five rows of hand side stitching, nickel mesh ventilators, and 8 flag stitched handles for ease of turning. The bed is available to order in a Medium, or Soft tension. The all-natural fillings are selected for their excellent breathability, which promotes a more consistent temperature and humidity, encouraging a healthier sleeping environment. The construction of the mattress is completed with a 100% stretch viscose cover and wool tufts which help to locate bed fillings and enhance the feel of the mattress. The Manor Rose Savoy bed is available with a wide choice of base options and fabrics which enable you to configure both how the bed looks and your type of storage options, if required. Simply select your size to start configuring your new Manor Rose divan bed. The headboard is not included in the price, Manor Rose manufacture a range of headboards styles in fabrics to match your choice of base colour which can be viewed both on our website and in our stores.

Manor Rose Base Types Explained

Platform Base: A firmer option available in a shallow depth on legs (15cm), or as a standard height (36cm) with or without storage drawers.

Firm Edge Base: Pocket springs are encased by a wooden perimeter, firming up the edges of the mattress for edge-to-edge support, the pocket springs provide the sleeper with more support and a softer feel. Available in a shallow depth on legs (15cm), or as a standard height (36cm) with or without storage drawers.

Sprung Edge Base: Our softest option. Pocket springs are used to the edge of the base for a much softer feel, the base is only available in a standard depth of 36cm and is available with our without storage drawers.

Ottoman Storage: Available in both End lift or side lift in Single (90cm), Double (135cm), King (150cm) and Superking (180cm) sizes only.
