MODERN COMFORT WITH 1000 Pocket Springs and TRADITIONAL TUFTING

Creating the comfort layers of the Gwithian are layers of support foam layered over the spring system on both sides. Being upholstered both sides makes the Gwithian a turnable mattress which is great for lasting comfort and even settlement. The sleeping surface of the mattress is a breathable stretch cover which is then tufted by hand to ensure the fillings remain secure and under tension to give the medium/firm feel.

The Gwithian contains 1000 pocket springs, pocket springs are more responsive and provide all rounds better support for the sleeper as they cushion the body and prevent the build-up of pressure points. There is also less movement and bounce from this type of spring system as the springs are wrapped in their own cloth pockets which are then stitched together.
