The Vispring Kingsbridge bed is a superb quality Vispring bed that is uniquely upholstered with generous quantities the finest natural fillings. The bed is the first bed within the Vispring collection to offer a double-layered spring system, and is filled with South American horsetail and Platinum Certified Devonshire fleece wool, hand teased and laid by master craftsmen using age old skills.

Each mattress and divan is made with a unique selection of pocket springs and fillings and has an incredible choice of sleeping options. The Vispring Kingsbridge bed contains 2,030* pocketed springs, each spring is individually pocketed under compression in hard wearing calico, to provide resilient support the instant your body touches the mattress. Every spring is hand nested in a honeycomb pattern that creates a dense formation of thousands of springs, cradling your body without pressure.
The luxury upholstery fillings inside the bed include the finest South American horsetail. Vispring craftsmen carefully weigh the correct quantity of horsetail, then open and tease the coils of hair by hand to enhance its natural springiness. Hypo-allergenic, breathable and ten times more absorbent than synthetic materials, British wool is the ideal filling for mattresses and divans. Produced in keeping with age-old traditions, it works in harmony with your body to regulate your temperature and ensure long-lasting comfort. The mattress is covered in your choice of the finest Belgian ticking from the Vispring fabric collection. The Vispring Kingsbridge mattress is hand tufted with felt washers and benefits from two rows of genuine hand side stitching with flax twine.
This gives the Kingsbridge mattress an exquisite, tailored finish, but more importantly it gives supportive strength to the mattress edges that lesser beds need a metal rod to achieve.
The Prestige Divan Base
The VI-Spring Kingsbridge mattress partners the Vispring Prestige divan base, 950* pocketed springs on a glued and screwed solid timber frame. A 1,200gsm natural coir pad is overlaid with 1,200gsm blended British fleece wool and cotton on top of the base springs, and offered once again in your choice of either modern or traditional fabrics.

This free service includes a two-man delivery team (uniformed and fully trained in furniture delivery), delivery to your room of choice and allocated time slots.
Assembly of your new bed and recycling of your old bed are available upon request. These chargeable services must be ordered at the time of purchase and is subject to postcode.
